How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your photographs withing 14-28 days. If you require your photographs urgently please call us on 0161 905 2396 or email info@photosceneuk.com.

How much is the postage?

All postage is free to UK addresses. If you live outside the UK please call us on 0161 905 2396 or email info@photosceneuk.com for postage prices.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail except for heavier items (over 1KG) which are sent out 1st class Royal Mail.

How can I order?

You can order your photographs through our secure online ordering system. Alternatively call us 0161 905 2396 or post a cheque along with your order form and proof to Photoscene PO Box 83, Manchester, M35 5AL. You will need your eight digit photo tag to order online.

Can I send my order to the school?

Please do not send orders to the school. All order come direct to us. Sending your order to the school could result in delays or non receipt.

What if I have lost my photo tag?

If you have lost your reference number please call us on 0161 905 2396 or email info@photosceneuk.com.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards online and over the phone. You can also post a cheque along with your order form and proof to Photoscene PO Box 83, Manchester, M35 5AL. You will need your eight digit photo tag to order online.

What if there is a spelling error on the photo? 

If you spot a name that needs changing or anything else please let us know and we will amend it immediately. 

What if my products have arrived damaged or broken?

This very rarely occurs but if you have any problems please call us on 0161 905 2396 or email info@photosceneuk.com

Can I order old photographs?

Photos are available to purchase indefinitely. Please call us on 0161 905 2396 or email info@photosceneuk.com if you would like to know what photos your son/daughter has appeared in.

Who owns the copyright?

Unless Photoscene gives written authorisation, site users are forbidden by law to copy an images created by Photoscene and agree that all photographic reprints, digital duplications or copies of any type made from images created by Photoscene shall only be carried out by Photoscene.

Can I get a refund?

A refund may be available at the discretion of Photoscene. We will do our best to rectify any problem that you may have but all All prints are produced to order so it is likely, if any, only a partial refund will be given.
